As some of you will already know, we are trying two new bread suppliers.
We've stopped the order from Cottage Loaf and are now using The Flour Stall which is based in Andover. Delivery is daily (Mandy is checking to see if they also deliver on a Sunday).
On Saturdays, we have an order from Henderson's Artisan Bakery, Salisbury. All bread is made using organic flour with no added improvers, preservatives or flavouring. The downside is that this has to be collected from Salisbury and so may not be sustainable but we're going to give it a try! We will have a basic order and are very happy to take customer orders up until 5 o'clock on a Thursday.
