The shop is run by a small (but paid) team of dedicated individuals...
Mandy Webb our ever smiling manager, Louise Burgess, Samantha Flack, Brian Whitley, Philippa Thain, Laura O'Toole, Helen Whitcher and Christopher Howell
The Post Office is run by...
Trudi Deane the Mistress of the Post and her very able assistant Julia Heyday.
A small management team oversees the accounts, banking, and personnel issues...
Mandy Webb, manages the day to day running of the shop which includes, stock management, staff rota’s and timesheets, bill payments and banking.
Jan Romer-Lee, provides payroll services and HR management, which includes development and approval of the policies for staff (e.g. contract of employment, Health and Safety policy, Manual handling Policy etc…).
Jane Lax, identifies advertising and PR opportunities, development and production of the newsletter. She also supports Jan as and when required.
Hilary Howell, manages the accounting process and backs up the payroll function in case of an emergency.
Brian Cosstick, tries to ensure that focus is maintained on the primary function of the team and act as the link to the Board.
And final we have a Board of highly talented and experienced individuals...

Interesting point of note, the above lot took over from sole proprioter the lovely Julie Barnes who ran the whole show on her own... makes you think don't it!
